Meditation can assist us through all sorts of life events and circumstances. Once you have learnt the basics and we can then apply different tools, techniques and intentions to help us navigate through anything!

Over the last 10years of meditating, my practice has continued to evolve and change to suit my life needs and I am excited to share with you practices that have worked for me and many others.

We are offering these classes as an opportunity for those with some meditation experience to delve deeper into different meditation practices and uses. A wonderful way to be re-inspired and to refresh your practices and add to your meditation tool kit.

We will meet at Tuesdays at 5pm, fortnightly for 5 sessions beginning the 1st of October. Secure your place at all 5 sessions and receive a discounted price. Or drop in as a casual (if there is space).

Tues 15th Oct: Anxiety & Stress
Tues 29th Oct: Managing sleep issues
Tues 12th Nov: Pain management & Self healing
Tues 26th Nov: Manifesting Joy & Abundance

Class starts at 5pm and finishes at approx 6pm with the option for herbal tea and sharing circle at the end.

Chairs, mats, cushions etc are provided, however do BYO if you have a favorite cushion for meditating on.

The course is open to anyone who has some meditation experience and is especially recommended to those who have completed our Learn to Meditate course.
