It started with sage smudging on entering then being escorted to a warm water foot soak in rose petals overlooking the lily pond. We were then soulfully guided in a gentle yoga flow with Jen followed by some inspiring reiki massage during our shavasana. Shey then took us on a journey of a poetic, visualisation meditation while the primal sound of ritualistic drumming penetrated our sphere.🤗

Not only did our bodies, minds and souls bear witness to all of this, but then we were to be satiated by the delicious flavours of a vegan salad prepared by Integrated Vegan Nutrition.😋😋 3 hours later we enveloped each other around a beautiful golden, smoking, campfire set amongst a forest of native trees as the sun gently set creating a glow of warmth amongst us all.
9 Women sharing a sacred space of love and care with fine, spontaneous words of wisdom all round. Feeling safe being together.
